Shipping Policy

For In-Stock products, If you place your order before 12 PM MST, Monday thru Friday, we will ship your order within 24-48 hours. For Custom products, please check with your project manager for an expected production and ship date.

We ship all products by USPS, Fedex, UPS, or LTL Common Carrier.

If you have been issued a tracking number, the order was shipped out. 

If your order does not deliver and it is returned to sender, a 20% restocking fee and shipping fee will be applied and they are non-refundable.

If after placing an order, you realize you have entered your address incorrectly, please reach out to live chat or support@packagebros.com to get this corrected ASAP. We cannot guarantee that the address can be corrected because processing may start immediately. PLEASE ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE COMPLETING YOUR ORDER. 

Please also understand that if your order does ship to the wrong address and gets returned to us, it will be your responsibility to cover shipping the item again. If you wish to receive a refund instead, you are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
