Where are your items manufactured?

We have different production facilities in the US, Mexico, China, and Colombia. Our production teams determine where it makes the most sense to route projects based on cost and speed.

What type of packaging is ideal for my project?

We have a wide variety of packaging products that can meet your specific needs. If you do not find the specific packaging you are looking for. Feel free to still reach out, as we are able to do almost any variation with the right MOQ.

How can I request a quote?

Click on the contact us or get quote buttons on our site and we’ll be happy to assist.

What are your MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities)?

We are willing to assist even the smallest businesses, but we do recommend ordering at least 1,000-2,500 of custom packaging to ensure you receive competitive rates.

Can I make changes to my order after placing an order?

Any changes to orders already placed should be requested immediately by contacting customer service. Please have your order number ready. Once an order is placed, we may be unable to make any changes to your order.

How can I order customized packaging?

Check out our various custom printed packaging options. After that you can either request info about a certain product or go ahead and fill out the quote form to get a free quote. We strive to provide fast turnaround times and punctual customer service. With so many customization options you can rest assured that our team will bring your vision to life.

Do you offer graphic design services for custom packaging?

We do! We offer 3 hours of complimentary design services for clients that require it.

What is the lead time for custom products?

Depending on the complexity of your order the turnaround time can be as soon as 2 weeks and up to two months. To find out more about how long your specific order can take, please fill out the quote form for a free quote.

Can I request a product sample?

We offer samples on most packaging items. For sample options please go through the contact us page. Or you can reach us using the customer service number listed above.

Are all your Chubby Gorilla products in stock?

We stock our most popular Chubby Gorilla SKUs in our warehouses, but other Chubby Gorilla orders are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Do you have an in-house card processor?

We have business partners we can recommend you to but acceptance is not guaranteed.

What design services do you offer?

We offer all kinds of cannabis and non-cannabis design work including specific packaging design, tradeshow booth design, logo creation, and website assistance.

What is the price of design services?

Our price for graphic design services is $100 per hour.

How can I get a refund or return an item?

What payment methods are accepted?

Orders over $1,000 placed by first-time clients are required to be paid via wire. Credit card payments are accepted with a transaction fee and signed authorization form. Returning clients are welcome to use Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, Square, or the methods listed previously.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from the closest warehouse to your shipping address.

What are my shipping options?

We work with a wide variety of shipping partners such as USPS, UPS, as well as various freight carriers such as R&L Carriers. Depending on the items in your cart as well as your shipping address, different shipping options will be available.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary and are determined during checkout based on the items in your cart, your shipping address and your selected shipping option. Shipping costs are calculated using live real-time data from each of our shipping partners.

Do you ship by parcel or by pallet?

We can ship via whichever method. If shipping via pallet, please inform us whether you require a liftgate or other accessorials.

Do you ship internationally?

We offer international shipping options on many of our products, this offer is reviewed case by case. If you are interested in international shipping please reach out to see what options are available to you.

When will my orders arrive?

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping option you select at checkout, as well as your shipping address location. Please check your tracking information for any details regarding your specific order and feel free to reach out to customer support with any questions or concerns.
